Our Team

Hi my name is Lauren, I am a family nurse practitioner. I have been in the medical field for over 8 years! I love working in family practice, every day is something different. The idea of caring for a whole family and being so involved throughout their lifespan is a privilege. While it is sometimes challenging, I find my work immensely gratifying! The best part of being in primary care is establishing relationships with my patients and helping them on their health journey. My goal as a family nurse practitioner is to help people of this community prevent sickness through proper health screening and health promotion as well as caring for them when they are sick.

I am married, to "The Cool Dude", who is just that, we have a lot of fun together! Together we run the air-conditioning company making Lake Havasu a little cooler. We have two boys, 11 and 7. We adore dogs, and have three big rescues. We are very active with our local humane society, as I am on the Board of Director's. I believe giving back to our community is important, and we are always looking for new ways to help contribute. I try to live a very healthy lifestyle and lead by example. I go the gym and enjoy doing yoga every day! For fun, we love to go camping, ride razors, paddle board, and go on the boat. Originally from Southern California, I enjoy this small town and community as it has so much to offer.

Christian Grandell was a Naval Corpsman for 8 years. He attended MidWestern University in Phoenix, AZ where he received his Bachelor of Science as a Physician Assistant and is Certified by the NCCPA. He's served the Lake Havasu community for 20 years and has been with FPS Medical Center since 2014.
